Infrastructure
Do you have experience working in large complex Infrastructure projects? Are you able to manage multiple stakeholders and build our reputation? AKL is transforming our gateway to the world, and we need a senior operator to help our stakeholders connect the dots.
About the Role:
This new Stakeholder Manager role has been created to support one of our key infrastructure programmes. You will work closely with the Terminal Integration Team on the Integrated Check-in project which will transform a key aspect of AKL’s operations. As part of a newly set up stakeholder focused team, you will bring your best practice ideas to the table for supporting stakeholders through change.
Supporting our Terminal Integration Team on the Integrated Check-in project, you will engage with stakeholders on the design and delivery of a highly complex programme of works that will provide an enhanced and expanded international check-in space accommodating both domestic and international check-in.
This role is responsible for setting the strategic vision for the programme of work and developing and executing communications strategies and plans and evaluation. The role is a mix of strategy and mucking in alongside project staff to ensure our many stakeholders experience as little disruption as possible. You will ensure all elements of stakeholder engagement are actively managed with purpose, improving the performance and outcomes on the project/programme through effective, proactive stakeholder engagement and communication and mitigating risks to AKL’s reputation.

- Communications are deployed quickly and with confidence and consistently, alongside relevant corporate messaging.
- Foster strong in person relationships with key programme stakeholders, resolving issues proactively.
- Prepare high-quality material to support stakeholder engagement and communications including written and visual material.
