We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Manager to join our Commercial Services team. As the primary point of contact for all infrastructure-related contracts, you will be responsible for managing contracts from preparation to final post-implementation review.

 Key responsibilities are

• Establish and maintain effective contract management processes, ensuring all contractual requirements are met or exceeded
• Support Project and Programme Managers with data-driven insights to inform project decisions
• Build and maintain relationships with counterparties in contracting organizations
• Monitor contract performance using lead and lag indicators, addressing any claims before they escalate
• Ensure the contract management procedure is effective, understood, and adhered to

Key Challenges: 

•  Influencing without authority across Infrastructure staff and stakeholders
•  Ensuring project estimates accurately reflect scope of work and budgets are tightly controlled
•  Providing focused information to support manager decision-making
