Project Development Manager

Auckland Airport is delivering an investment programme that will transform its aviation and transport offering, while improving the liveability and economy of New Zealand. This is the Airport’s largest infrastructure upgrade taking place over the next decade, delivering a $6 billion portfolio of programmes and projects in a brownfield environment.  

This role will drive infrastructure input into the Project Ideation / Initiation activity and Option Evaluation and Selection, as well as oversee the development of infrastructure inputs into business cases.

To ensure your success in this role, you will need:  

• 10 years+ experience in client-side project leadership roles in and complex commercial environments  
• Extensive experience leading the full lifecycle of the project, from inception to commissioning, and including team formation (designers and contractor teams)  
• Previous success leading design activity and commercial management to achieve project outcomes 
• Varied project experience, type and location including contractual settings including end to end project delivery
