We’re looking for a Leased Services Delivery Specialist to help shape Auckland Airport’s leased services, ensuring top-tier performance, growth, and seamless collaboration with our critical technology partners.

Why This Role?

Strategic Impact: Take ownership of the commercial performance for 400+ airport leased services. From Fibre and Wi-Fi networks to Digital Signage, you’ll help optimize revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

End-to-End Delivery: Manage vendor relationships—negotiating contracts, tracking performance SLAs, and championing a “People First” approach to Health & Safety.

Innovate & Grow: Partner with finance, technology, and operations teams to build robust business cases and future-proof solutions in a 24/7 operational setting.

What You’ll Do

Commercial Management: Oversee leased services budgets and drive opportunities for growth and profitability.

Vendor & Project Coordination: Collaborate with key telco/technology providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring top-notch service delivery.

Service Catalogue: Define and refine the end-to-end leased services offering, ensuring it meets evolving customer and operational needs.

Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with multiple internal teams (Finance, Operations, Digital) and external parties (Airlines, Property/Retail tenants, Government Agencies) to keep everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Bring

Technical & Commercial Know-How: At least 3 years of IT experience, particularly in networking, telco, or voice services—plus solid business acumen.

Collaboration & Communication: You thrive on building relationships at all levels and can negotiate effectively for win-win outcomes.

Problem-Solving Mindset: Comfort juggling a diverse portfolio of services in a high-pressure environment, always seeking opportunities for improvement.
